For Hoeksche Waard we have been unable to find a tariff in the regulations for operating a street trading pitch. That does not mean it is free — it means we cannot substantiate it with a source, and in that case we prefer not to list anything.

Where the application goes
Whether this goes through the Environmental Desk varies by municipality: if the rule is in the environmental plan it does; if it is still in the APV then it goes through their own desk. Municipalities have until 1 January 2032 to move those rules. The municipality page shows how it is there.
