Taking up a standplaats in Gilze en Rijen
Gilze en Rijen has not provided us with a tariff for taking up a standplaats in the regulations. That does not mean it is free — it means we cannot substantiate it with a source, and we prefer not to state anything in that case.

Where the application goes
Whether this goes through the Environmental Desk varies by municipality: if the rule is in the environmental plan it does; if it is still in the APV then it goes through their own desk. Municipalities have until 1 January 2032 to move those rules. The municipality page shows how it is there.
Apply yourself. In the Netherlands an authorized representative may submit the application via the Environment Portal (DSO), so this can be outsourced. We are building that service; today we look it up for you and do not yet submit. This page shows what it costs and where it needs to go.
