All prices exclude VAT. Business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number pay 0% (VAT reverse charged).
Why a subscription and not a one-off report?
Because the regulation does not stand still. It comes into force in phases until 2027, implementing acts and guidelines will be added, and supervisory authorities will clarify what they expect in practice. A report you buy today will be inaccurate on certain points in six months — and you won't notice it, because a report doesn't tell you when it was last updated.
We monitor those sources every week and tell you when something changes that affects your situation. Not everything that happens in Brussels: only what touches the topics that apply to your business. That is what you are paying for, and it is the only thing that a one-off purchase cannot provide.
