For Houten we have not been able to find a fee for organizing an event in the regulations. That does not mean it is free — it means we cannot substantiate it with a source, and we prefer not to state anything in that case.

Apply yourself. In the Netherlands an authorized representative may submit the application via the Environment Portal (DSO), so this can be outsourced. We are building that service; today we look it up for you and do not yet submit. This page shows what it costs and where it needs to go.
